COMMISIONING ENGINEERS
Qualifications:
- S-1 Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical/Instrument) from reputable University, with minimum GPA 2.75
- Working experience Minimum 5 years in field engineering support for various projects (buildings, infrastructure mining, conveyors, power plant, industries)
- Fluent in English, both writing and speaking. Excellence in writing report in English.
- Excellent in field engineering support services as per mentioned scope of works.
- Excellent in read engineering drawings and Material Take-Off (MTO)
- Able to operate the software of AutoCAD, Microsoft (Ms Excel, Ms Word, Ms Power Point) and email
- Able to set up the meeting and conduct the presentation in English and Indonesian languages for expatriate end users.
- Good team work, hard worker and high motivation, can work under pressure and tight target.
- Willing to work in remote area at Timika, Papua with status of contract employee for 6 months contract period
General Responsibilities:
- Clarify installation piping & mechanical drawing and electrical & instrument drawings project at field
- Clarify field testing piping & mechanical work and electrical & instrument work
- Check the field condition to ensure the project drawings are matching with the actual field condition and specification;
- Input parameter program at equipment, panel and other at project
- Doing testing equipment and system at projects
- Analyze, review and improve project works (during start up & commissioning) within assigned functional scope is operable and safe able
- Lead and coordinate start up & commissioning works within assigned functional scope to ensure the achievement of targeted production
- Organize and perform field inspection for startup & commissioning to ensure the construction work comply with functional scope is operable
- Provide any related start up & commissioning information within assigned functional scope in operation, timely manner, accurately and completely in order to support supervisor's recommendation
- Review the current systems, methods and procedures in startup & commissioning activities within assigned functional scope for preventive action and continuous improvement
Deliverables:
- Prepare quality control and quality assurance plan projects
- List of Inspection materials projects
- List of Field Testing projects and Inspection of projects
- Reporting field testing, field inspection, inspection material and lab testing weekly
- Report on discrepancy remarks between list of project materials, specification and project drawings
- Prepare startup and commissioning plan for every projects
- To achievement target quality, time, and cost every projects
- Provide any related start up & commissioning information within assigned functional scope in operation, timely manner, accurately and completely in order to support supervisor's recommendation
- To deliver improvement for new systems, methods and procedures in startup & commissioning activities
- Prepare pretest and posttest activities (individual commissioning, integrated system commissioning, gradual load test, final start up, etc.), in order to ensure the system readiness and operable according to field conditions, cost effectiveness and safety issue
- Prepare required documents (final report, handover package, certification, etc.), according to project finalization, in order to ensure that the documents are accurate and complete
- Provide recommendation on the subject of QA/QC and/or Laboratory result, in order to ensure all projects comply with quality standards of construction work (e.g. company and/or international standard, etc
