[Job Description]
1. General Purpose
Plans and performs technical activities to service the customer and brings expertise to customer site on need basis.

2. Main Responsibility
• to provide network planning and performance / optimization services, according to the solutions portfolio, solves complex engineering problems of own technology area. Typically participates in reviews of own or neighboring projects;
• to perform technical tasks for customer projects according to project plan (with project manager’s guidance);
• to provide (if necessary) on-site support to customers in his field of expertise;
• to fulfill his dedicated tasks by keeping given timelines in accordance to the project schedules;
• to prepare and present proposal, solution or result presentations of his/her work to the project members or customer.

[Requirement]
• Fresh Graduate, Bachelor Degree in Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering or similar from reputable University, preferable who has experience/ex-intern in mobile networks technology (2G, 3G, 4G)
• Minimum GPA 3.00,
• Familiar with data analysis/database using Ms. Excel/Access
• Good Communication Skills, Excellent written and verbal communication,
• English proficiency is a must,
• Result Oriented,
• Team Player,
• Self-starter when required to work alone as projects dictate,

I am looking for a 2G/3G/LTE RF Lead wanted for a 3 month extendable contract based in Peru.

Scope:
a) Has the ability of Senior engineers
b) Be familiar with the communication principle of at least one technology of GSM, CDMA, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, Wimax,LTE
c) Be able to make a preliminary coverage and capacity planning
d) Be familiar with common frequency, PN planning principle, be able to do frequency, and PN planning for small or medium network
e) Be familiar with wireless network planning and optimization process
f) Understand deep of the relevant parameters of network planning and the principle of network adjustment
g) Be able to fully  evaluate the network and provide recommendations and optimization solution
h) Be able to make deep analysis of KPI and give targeted optimization suggestions
i) Be able manage small or medium planning and optimization project
j) Be able to provide high network optimization analysis and recommendations, including physical&logical parameters, and also high performance analysis and KPIs improvement suggestions.
