1. 2G/3G Senior Optimization Engineer (NOKIA Background) à URGENT
· Resource Type: Capacity Management, Frequency Optimization, DT PP, Coverage
· Optimization, CC Handling, Deep Performance Management, Configuration Management.
· Typical Experience: 5+ years
·
Activity: Can perform the activities in non-routine contexts,
makes suggestions for improvements. Implement solutions proposed by
experts
· Knowledge / Learning: Has field-specific practical
and theoretical knowledge / evaluates own learning and identifies
learning needs
· Autonomy: Demonstrates some independence and shows initiative
· Problem Solving: Can solve problems by integrating information from expert sources
· Consulting / Training: Can pass own acquired knowledge and skills to others
· Capability for working plan and monitor the plan implementation progress.
· Parameter Optimization capability
· Know the optimization technical details about wireless equipment.
· Have a good communication skills
· Experience background in other similar projects
· Know well about optimization regulations and management
· Location : Surabaya, Semarang, Palembang dan Medan
2. 2G/3G Optimization Engineer (NOKIA Background) à URGENT
· Resource Type: Basic Performance Management, Reporting, Interference Investigation.
· Typical Experience: 2+ years of experiences on RNO
· Activity: Can perform the activities in a limited range of contexts
· Knowledge / Learning: Has factual knowledge / can access and use learning resources
· Autonomy: Can act mainly under direction
· Problem Solving: Can solve well-described problems using well-known information sources
· Consulting / Training: Cannot train others
· Know well about basic radio network optimization principle
· Have a good communication skills
· Capability for region daily optimization
· Capability for DT log file analysis
· Location : Surabaya, Semarang, Palembang dan Medan
