INSPECTION SUPERINTENDENT (CODE : IM/VII/2014)

The potential candidate will be responsible in Makes, plans, organize the routine inspection and engineering activity. Planning & coordinate the inspection and engineering tasks and making planning to inspection schedule. Coordinate the making of detail specification, material take off and inquiry documents for material purchasing in order to get appropriate require material. Coordinate the making of technical evaluation from vendor offer to make sure that all material which will be supply in accordance with specification needs. Coordinate the failure analysis implementation for plant equipments related to failure as metallurgy and corrosion. Makes monthly and yearly report also reports that related to plants equipments failures and damages to Maintenance Manager.

Requirement:

• Male, max. 40 years old, Bachelor degree from Mechanical Engineering / Metallurgy (GPA min. 2.70, scale 1-4),
• Fluent in English oral and written, TOEFL  score min. 450,
• Have knowledge and experiences related to inspection methods, i.e : NDT, Destructive test, Vibration, Thermo view, Oil Analysis, etc (with certificate is preferable) ,
• Excellent knowledge about both static equipments and rotating equipments, also have knowledge off all related codes and standard such as API, ASME, ANSI, ASTM, ISO, etc,
• Good knowledge about corrosion management, e.g : corrosion under insulation, corrosive fluid effect, and other type of corrosion,

• Min. 8 years work experience.
