VP Operations (Data Center)

Directs the day-to-day operations of the data center 
Manages the customer service team to ensure timely reporting on operational activities 
Leads the Data center operational support teams to provide 24/7 production and 
application support 
Develops and implements ITIL operational standards, processes, 
Sets the direction for the department and communicates goals, expectations, standards, 
and policies 
Ensures all production service levels are achieved, 
Analyzes operational requirements, issues, and opportunities to improve operations, 
Oversees the selection, hiring, orientation, training, and development of the data center 
team 
Assists in the planning and development of an annual operating budget. 

Education: 
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and working in a datacenter in a management 
capacity 
Minimum 10 years business unit experience, 
Expert knowledge of information systems and operational processes, across multiple 
platforms (VMWare, Netapps, EMC, Sun, Intel, CISCO, IBM, others) 
Prior experience in ITIL process improvement / business systems analysis 
Demonstrated management experience with proven leadership and team building skills 
Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 

Languages: 
Fluency in ENGLISH is mandatory

Competency Requirements :

• Strong understanding of VB.NET/C#, application architecture and object-oriented design

• Strong understanding of SQL Server and at least one ORM (e.g. .NetTiers, Entity Framework, LINQ to SQL)

• Solid foundation of semantic HTML and CSS
• Experience leading a team of developers and delegating tasks
• Experience ensuring project quality by using automated testing (unit/functional tests), defining testing procedures, and coordinating with QA Engineers
• Experience conducting code reviews
• Experience creating estimates, defining project timeline and organizing tasks into milestones
• Experience with client communication, such as requirements gathering, and technical consulting
• Experience defining project systems architecture (server configuration, hosting specification, etc.)
• Experience defining project data architecture (database schema, caching, etc.)
• Experience defining project software architecture (framework usage, code organization standards, project-specific best practices and techniques, etc.)
• Experience with identifying and solving performance problems in web applications
• Knowledge and advocate of best practices (standard naming conventions, architecture)

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or 4 years web development experience

Bonus

• Experience conducting developer and/or client training or mentoring
• Experience defining and architecting version control systems and procedures
• Experience using NuGet and familiar with solid community libraries built on .NET
• Experience creating technical, system and user story documentation
• A general knowledge of Microsoft technologies or experience in the financial services industry is also an asset.
• Experience in developing enterprise application under a team-work environment is also preferable
• Hold Microsoft .NET/SQL Certification will be advantaged

• Identify current process that able to be automated to deliver alternative automation process with less cost & safe
• Design the machine that able to replace manual process
• Working together with supplier and other parties on sewing innovation project initiation until implementation
• Lead innovation project for Industrial Engineer for Barbie Dresses area, such as sewing process, die cutting, sonic cutting, tampo, and digifab printing machine.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Mechatronics Engineering with GPA > 3.00
• Fresh graduate or minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing plant in the same position.
• Has strong leadership, proactive, open minded, problem solver, and team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both verbal and written english.
• Willing to be located in Cikarang - Bekasi
