NETWORK ENGINEER

Responsibilities: 

• Manages the acquisition, installation and maintenance of the organization’s local area network hardware/software.
• Manages network operations to include: troubleshooting connectivity problems; installing & maintaining routers; adding/terminating users; assigning rights and access; resetting passwords; establishing e-mail addresses; assessing and reporting operational status; performing backups and restores; etc.
• Ensures technology documents/certificates such as product registrations, SSL certificates, maintenance agreements, service contracts, etc. related to technology operations and/or technology services are evaluated, updated and processed  
• Implements, administrates and maintains databases.
• Performs routine preventive maintenance on hardware and software.
• Develops and maintains technology policies, standards and procedures manual; develops and maintains related technology checklists.
• Responsible for troubleshooting workstations, networks, software applications, phones, copiers and other technologies.
• Ensures compliance with all software licensing agreements.  Manages and safeguards software media and associated licenses.  Tracks software versions.  Maintains centralized software use log.
• Creates and maintains LAN/WAN maintenance logs.
• Ensures networks, workstations, operating systems and software applications are operational; ensures hardware and software is patched and/or updated; ensures all analog and broadband circuits are operational in accordance with vendor specifications.
• Prepares, maintains and tests a technology disaster recovery plan.
• Assists in other duties as needed and directed.

Requirements:

• High proficiency in English is mandatory 
• Possess knowledge and relevant experience in server and network configuration is essential
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

PT. We are currently seeking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position:

License Aircraft Maintenance Engineer – Avionics (Code : LAME)

Job Purpose:

• Inspect, installs, adjust, repair, modify and overhaul aircraft electrical and avionics systems on aircraft.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To ensure Technician and Junior Technician assigned to him are supervised and briefed of specific tasks assigned to them, ensuring adherence to Approved Maintenance Documents while maintaining Quality and Safety standards.
2. To brief the Lead Engineer on the aircraft check status and provide feedback on major findings from the maintenance work carried out on the aircraft.
3. To carry out all planned and ad hoc activity within specific targets, standards and to ensure that the activities are properly executed on the aircraft.
4. To ensure availability of safety equipment, observe safety measures and keep workplace clean and clear of FDO whilst working on the aircraft.
5. To ensure compliance to Company’s operating policies, procedures and instructions being issued from time to time.
6. To raise accident and occurrence reports with necessary details when required.

Knowledge:

1. Familiar with Occupational hazards and appropriate safety measures
2. Department of Civil Aviation Indonesia (DGCA) regulations to perform and document aircraft maintenance and repair procedures.
3. Extensive knowledge of the operation of Avionic systems.
4. Ability to apply personnel rule and regulation

Physical Requirements:

1. Must be able to multitask and deliver a high quality of work within the established timeline.
2. Be physically fit and healthy

Qualifications:

1. AMEL Holder Electrical and Avionics B737-300/400/500 or ATR 42 /72 or DORNIER 328-100/300.
2. Having experience in the similar position for at least 2 years.
3. Good in English both oral and written.
4. Willing to be placed at Curug - Tangerang
5. Not having a color blind disability

PROJECT MANAGER - ASSET RETIREMENT

(Ext-1/FE/EXP/CHEVRON-IBU/HO/2012)

Summary of Job / Qualification :
Responsibility:

• Responsible for asset retirement projects such as surface facility decommissioning, site assessment and remediation, land reclamation, and well P&A projects
• Customers may include all operating units in CPI including Heavy Oil, Sumatra Light North and South, Hydrocarbon Transport, Power Generation and Transmission, and Supply Chain Management
• Coordinate, guide and coach a small group of early career engineers to execute asset retirement projects under his/her portfolio
• Manage projects using Project Managment Framework apporach proprietary to Chevron with emphasis on Generate and Select Alternatives Phase, Develop Preferred Alternatives Phase, and Execute Phase
• Provide primary interface with SKKMIGAS (Production Sharing Contractor managers) to facilitate alignment on technical approach and acquire GoI funding approval and also drive advocacy efforts with KLH (Environmental Regulators) for their alignment and issuance of permits or approvals
• Develop  contracting plans for projects and be responsible for scope, budget, and schedule performance
• Responsible for preparation of bid documents, bid evaluation, supervision of construction projects, project cost control scheduling & reporting, safe execution of projects
• Manage the primary Environmental Design and Services Contract including negotiation of replacement contracts, primarily for environmental site investigations
• Be a consultant to assist CPI customers with development of investigation and remediation strategies or answer specific questions pertaining to assessment or remediation

Requirement:

• 10+ years experience in the Oil and Gas Industry with demonstrated experience and track record using PMBOK or PMF to manage a portfolio of asset retirment projects
• Direct experience and demonstrated ability to manage any of the following:  surface facility decommissioning, well P&A, piepeline retirement, site assessment and remediation of pits, spills impacting soil and groundwater
• Experienced leading  the multi-discipline engineers and directing the work ectivities and coordinated interface among teams to execute projects
• Familiar or direct experience in: crude oil chemistry, monitor well construction, hydrogeology, and remedition technologies for crude oil contaminated soil
• Knowledgeable of GOI regulations impacting assessment, waste classification, and treatment or disposal alternatives in the oil and gas industry
• Strong skill in cost and schedule control for assigned projects to ensure efficient execution
• Familiar with the application of construction safety aspects to acheive good safety record
• Have a good leadership and communication, both in English and Bahasa
• Willing to relocate to one of Chevron operations locations (East Kalimantan/Riau)

• Able to establish effective relationships with people of other culture and backgrounds
