Requirements :

• Male
• Graduated min. Diploma from Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunications Engineering
• Min 1-2 years experience on drive test with 2G GSM parameter on Siemens and Nokia Networks
• Good knowledge in drive test tools (TEMS) functionality
• Ability to post report analysis and use of applications related to the drive testing service
• Familiar with Statistical analysis and maintain KPIs
• Ability in drive test analysis & reporting, cluster acceptance testing, network problem trouble shooting
• Handling customer complaint resolutions
• Planning tool maintenance and updating the same
• Self-motivated, have good analytical and technical skills in preparing reports

Responsibilities:

- Collecting Drive Test data ( 2G/3G)
- Vacancy Available : Java & sumatra
- Drive Test Data basic analysis
- Making report using Tems Route Analysis, Report Generator, Mapinfo
- Fresh graduate is acceptable for this position

Requirements :

- Good knowledge of GSM/GPRS/CDMA/3G concepts
- Knowledge of Mobile handset testing process, test tools used for operator testing
- Diploma & Bachelor’s degree in telecommunication or related field of study
- Be excellent in communication in English
- Good in communication skill and be able to convince the customer;
- Be familiar with tools/software such as TEMS/ Actix / Mapinfo/GPS,/compass/gradienter and so on.
- Must be Know how to query data , create Thematic map, export/ import excell,tab using mapinfo.
- Have Ericsson Project experience is preferred.

RF Engineer (2G/3G)

Responsibilities:

- Integrating the new site with the existing 2G/3G sites.
- maintaining KPI for newsite (Accessibilty, Retainability, Coverage), Fault finding and troubleshooting the statistics/counters performance based on the KPI reports.
- Drive Test log file analysis and generate the report based on the analysis.
- RF, and BSS database parameter changing to meet the KPI.
- Report writing and meeting the customer

Minimum Requirements:

- Experience in post drive testing processing, e.g: MapInfo, Actix, TEMS Route Analysis, Microsoft Excell, Microsoft Access.
- Experience in physical and parameter optimization.
- At least 1 - 2 years experience in RF.
- Having experience in Ericsson infrastucture would be a plus.
- Willing to travel and located in any provinces of Indonesia.
