Responsibilities , for all aspects of mine production including operations scheduling , quality control procedures , drilling & blasting and hauling coal , technical input into development of new mining equipment , planning or undertaking maintenance on mobile plant and able to operate mining modeling program such as Surpac/Minex/Mincom

General requirements :

• Male , age 35 – 40
• Min 5 years experience in a coal mining & production
• University graduate in mining engineering ( MS , SMS )
• Fluency in English ( oral/written ) is a must
• Able to work under high pressure , excellent analytical , problem solving and management skills and good communication
• Responsible directly to The Board Director
• Willing to stay in SITE (MS)
• Willing stay in SITE and propose to Jakarta (SMS)

Job Responsibilities :

1. Managing day to day postpaid billing operation
2. Supervising Postpaid Managed Service team
3. Preparing SOP for postpaid billing system
4. Providing management reports and statistics for postpaid
5. Performing some trivial programming efforts to check and dig information from the systems

Job Qualifications/Requirements :

1. At least a bachelor degree or professional qualification in Tellecommunication Engineering/Informatic
2. Preferably with 5 years working experience in Telco billing system with hands on supervisory responsibility
3. Possess good understanding of postpaid business processes
4. Independent and self motivated team player with good analytical thinking and problem solving skills
5. Energetic and proactive
6. Proficiency written and spoken in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must
7. Sounds familiar or has sufficient technical Knowledge on end to end postpaid billing system and telecommunication networks : networks elements, switching, data communication network, rating, billing, provisioning, mediation, roaming, CRM, ERP, data warehouse, database, UNIX, etc.
