Qualifications include:

1. Real experience developing web applications using PHP, Ruby or Python during at least 3 years
2. Mastering PHP5, JavaScript, CSS and XHTML
3. Real experience and knowledge of Unit Testing
4. Solid understanding and practical experience in Object Oriented Design and Design Patterns
5. Ability to communicate complex issues to people not specialized in technical areas
6. Eager to work in an informal environment, with little supervision and proactively as well as in remote teams
7. Relational database design theory and SQL query languages
8. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
9. Flexible, committed and punctual
10. Competent using Linux/OSX, svn/git, trac, xdebug

* Have experience in scaling up & load balancing servers
* Master Ruby on Rails
* Follow Getting Real methodology
* Actively collaborate in Open Source projects
* Have usability and aesthetic criterion
* Have experience with MySQL clusters
