I am currently looking for a number of VSAT Engineers to work in Sudan. Please see the requirements listed below.




Required Qualifications:
-4 years Engineering preferred in Telecom/ IT .
-Ku/C band and IP knowledge.
-Minimum of 4 years experience in workstation configuration and Operation of networked Telecom systems.
-Minimum of 2 years experience in workstation configuration and deployment of networked Telecom systems.
-Excellent knowledge of Windows environments, software installations, and directory structures.
-Experience in deploying and troubleshooting of web-based applications.
-Should have proficiency in MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint and official e-mailing/ computer skills.
-Should have a presentable, courteous and pleasant personality.
-Should be hardworking, sincere, honest, dedicated, and self achiever.


Job Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and execute VSAT Operation tasks. ( Corrective maintenance and Preventive Maintenance)
-Deploy and troubleshoot all types of equipment at customers’ Hub and Remote sites.
-Design and implement communications architecture for all types of customers sites.
-Monitor all backbone links and network devices as deployed by Engineering Dept.
-Ensure continuous operation of servers and other network elements. ( RBSs and Backbone Sites)
-Provide quality support for customers and respond to customer enquiries/complaints.
-Open tickets to track and to document resolution of problems for WMIX and VAST networks.
