To support our expansion in Thailand, ConverginCommunications is looking for talented, skilled and experienced Telecommunication Network Operations engineers with the following skills:

Telecommunication Network Operations Engineer

General Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or higher in Informatics Engineering / Computer Science / Electrical Engineering or other related majors from reputable University.
• Min. 2-3 years experience as member of an operations team of a network operator or a network technology vendor (especially Nokia Siemens Networks).
• Excellent understanding and hands-on experience in SW development and operation processes.
• Excellent analytical and logical thinking, be able to express his / her thoughts to other people.
• Excellent sense of responsibility and diligence.
• Outgoing personality who likes open communication, teamwork and mentoring.
• Leadership, excellent management and coaching skills in an international, multi-cultural environment.
• Capability to integrate distributed international teams.
• Fast learner, having a passion for permanent self-improvement, with regards to knowledge and skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Technical skill Requirements:

SOC Team (Service Operation Center)

For our SOC Team we need experts with experience in

• operational trouble shooting
• development trouble shooting
• training skills

NSP Team (Network Service Part)

For our NSP Team we need experts with experience in

• Service Administration
• Root Cause Analysis
• Path Installation
• Preventive Maintenance
• Proactive development suggestion
• Charging and Tariff Set Up
• Technical Expert and Consultant
• Service Improvement

OSS Team (Operations Support System)

For our OSS Team we need experts with experience in

• Patch installation for the monitoring and administration tools
• Trouble shooting for the monitoring and administration tools

Each team (SOC, NSP and OSS) has 5 service levels:

Level A (Core Network Services):

• NSS, HLR, NEMU
• BSS
• GPRS
• IDD

Level B (Mobile Messaging Services):

• WAP, SMSC, MMSC, NPW, AGW
• VDO Streaming

Level C (Charge&Once from Nokia Siemens Networks)

Level D (Voucher Management System VOMS)

Level E (OSS Tool and Performance)

• Net Act, Traffica, NMS
• NetM
