RF Optimization Engineer

PLO Engineer Requirements:

• BSc in Telecommunications / Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 3 years experience in radio planning and Optimization.
• Is capable of developing planning processes and activities to improve customer satisfaction
• Has a good understanding of the overall network planning and optimization processes
• Has a good understanding of Network planning and network performance services activities globally
• Understands the end-to-end network planning and optimization complexity in multi-vendor environment and actively seeks for solutions to overcome those problems
• Has participated in strategic network planning and optimization development
• Has worked as the main responsible in network planning or optimization customer consulting case
• Has worked on planning, measurements and optimization related toolsIs capable of developing planning processes and activities to improve customer satisfaction
• Willing to learn new tasks and involve in various projects
• Willing to travel and located in around Indonesia
