Qualifications :

• Male, 30 – 35 years old or Female, 26 – 30 years old
• Minimum University Graduate in Psychology with minimum GPA 3,00
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same position
• Fluent English (oral & written)
• Good knowledge about Human Resource, especially in HR Policy, Procedure, Job Description, Labor Law, SOP, Organizational Structure, Job Analysis, Peformance Appraisal, Training & Development
• Excellent Comumunication Skill, Profesional, Good Motivator, Good Listener, Strong Personality, Creative, Honest, Having Good Logic & Strong Analytical ability
