Requirements:
- Education : Tertiary education (Bachelor’s Degree preferred) in Computer Science or Electro- Telecommunication.
- TCP/IP, IP Tables, Cisco routers, Firewall, Internet Services.
- Possesses excellent installation and trouble shooting Hardware and Software.
- Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organizational skills and strong stress management skills.
- Able to manage escalation situations and customer experience.
