We are system integrators who design, develop and implement systems combining communications (VSAT, microwave, LANs, etc), hardware (radios, embedded processors, servers, etc), and software for the mining and oil industries. Experience on mining and oil IT projects preferred.

Maintenance and monitoring Network Infrastructure LAN (Switch&Router), maintenance WAN infrastructure to provide Data, VoIP, Wireless communication.
Analyze bottlenecks and problems
Responsibility for completing reports on time with proper priorities being assigned to each task.
Responsible for maintaining and administering Communication devices

COMMUNICATION ENGINEER SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and monitoring Network Infrastructure LAN (Switch&Router), maintenance WAN infrastructure to provide Data, VoIP, Wireless communication.
• Analyze bottlenecks and problems
• Responsibility for completing reports on time with proper priorities being assigned to each task.
• Responsible for maintaining and administering Communication devices

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of similar experience with wireless 2,4 Ghz or 5,8 Ghz
• Able to implement and support network (Cisco, Mikrotik, etc)
• Able to implement & support wireless 2,4 Ghz or 5,8 Ghz outdoor
• Wireless Engineer: wireless LANs, server, routers, TCP/IP, Unix ( Linux/BSD) adv, LAN adv
• Working knowledge of TCP-IP, Networking, applications software, computer and network hardware and software
• Have very good oral and written communications skills
• Must be self-motivated, able to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
• Work well as part of a team
• Willing to work overtime
• Skilled to manage people
• Excellent English (spoken and written)
• Work based in Balikpapan, Kalimantan with travel to mine sites
