Manager Network Operational Department

Requirements:

Deep knowledge of:

· TCP/IP networking, Linux servers and Mikrotik routers

· IP addressing, routing and administration

· Bandwidth management (sharing methods, capacity planning)

· Last mile access technologies (xDSL, HPNA, WiFi)

· Installation and operation of Linux and Windows operating system

· Networking applications (DNS, email, radius, web)

· Network security from physical to application layer

· Network monitoring (MRTG, SNMP)

Experience on:

· Scripting and programming (PHP, Perl, HTML)

· Cable management (design, installation, labeling)

· Data centre environment (air conditioning, power planning)

Good understanding with concept of:

· Firewall / IP flows (packet marking, NAT, filtering)

· Network performance parameters (availability, latency, jitter)

· VoIP (compression, SIP, gateways, digital lines)
