Requirement :

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Electrical/ Telecommunications/IT or equivalent.
• More than 3 year experiences in Telecommunication industry.
• Excellent knowledge in related Telecommunication system, especially Microwave, UMTS and GSM.
• Able to work under time constraints and adapt to change.
• Proficiency in English is a must, and literate in computer skill.
• Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to multi task will be a strong plus.
• Willing to be relocated.

Responsibilities :

• Be responsible for project implementation and product maintenance.
• Provide guidance, consultancy, technical support, and problem resolution to key customers/channel partners in project implementation.
• Lead role in working with the team to continuously enhance and improve the support service framework to achieve channel partners and customers satisfaction.
• Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of System elements including monitor, maintain, and improve performance quality of System network at optimum level.

OTHER REQUIREMENT

• Willing to work or travelling to the regions (JKT= Jakarta , WJ=West Java, CJ=Central Java, EJ=East Java, MKS=Makassar, MDN=Medan, BJM= Banjarmasin ).

• Fluently in English (verbally & written) is a must. Ability to converse in Mandarin would be an added advantage.

• Possess positive working attitude and able to handle pressure independently and work independently with minimum supervision .

• Able to work in multicultural environment as well to work in multitasking condition to meet tight deadlines.

• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Details minded, self-motivated and able to work independently to meet tight deadlines.
