CDMA RF Optimization and Drive Test Engineer

Responsibilities :

• CDMA RF Optimization / Drive tester
• DT Data post-analysis, Making Drive test analysis report
• Monitoring OMC KPI / KPI Analysis Report

Requirements :

• At least 2 years of RF working experience with 1 years CDMA RF experience; At least 1 successful project experience.
• Good knowledge of CDMA principles.
• Bachelor's degree in telecommunication or related field of study.
• Good communication in English.
• Good in communication skill and be able to convince the customer.
• Be familiar with tools/software such as Agilent, Actix, Mapinfo, GPS, compass, gradienter and so on.
• Having HUAWEI CDMA experience in RNP / RNO is preferred.
• Willing to travel frequently.
