Your Role...

- Liaise with the PM, Functional Analysts and Development to execute tests across various levels (UT/UIT/DST and acceptance).
- Review functional specifications and designs.
- Create test plans, strategies and designs based on functional specifications.
- Propose milestones and planning for the test deliverables.
- Define the needed test environment, assets, and data to ensure the proper working of the test environment.
- Liaise with the Test Automation Engineer to create automated test cases for functional/regression tests.
- Find workarounds for blocked test issues.

Your Profile...

- 5+ years of experience in testing IT applications, including web-based systems.
- Must have experience with: Unix/Linux and/or Windows-based systems, web and database technologies, Test preparation and testing of business and operational support systems, Bug tracking and test management tools.
- TMAP, ISEB, or ISTQB certified.
- Practical experience with automated testing tools and Visual Basic is a plus.
- Have an analytical/critical attitude towards functional specs and test results.
- Excellent test skills plus quality and detail focused.
- Ability to handle assignments with limited supervision.
- Excellent English communication skills - written and spoken.
- University Degree or relevant IT qualifications.
