- Understanding network routing and switching concept and configuration (cisco CCNA or more is preferable)
- Understanding network concept : IPSEC, VLAN/LAN, WAN (frame-relay, MPLS, leased line, etc), voice gateaway, etc
- Understanding TCP/IP concept and implementation
- Cisco hands-on experience
- Having Windows Operating System knowledge
- Having Microsoft Office Knowledge
- Understanding network concept
- Understanding basic TCP/IP
- Understanding Windows Operation System
- Working experience on network field
- Monitoring bandwidth and troubleshooting
