Responsibilities:
•Responsible for delivering post sales technical support for UC (Unified Communications) and NCS (Network Consultancy Services), and closely follow up the deals to make sure the services are successfully delivered and achieve customer satisfaction.
•Proactively involved in proposing UC and NCS service, while working closely with sale/presale/marketing teams and actively monitor the funnel.
•Maintain the good relationship with customer/partner and generate new business opportunities.
•Closely monitor operations and may conduct technical training as required.
•Perform ongoing technical tasks associated with the organizational unit.
•Conduct training and knowledge transfer to customer, BP and internal teams
•Proactive learning and updating technical skill, with specialization in select areas under UC and NCS.
Requirements:
•5-10 years relevant industry experience - MNC experience will be an advantage.
•Hands-on experience with the design, implementation and troubleshooting of IPT, Messaging, Audio/Video Conferencing and presence will be an advantage
•Hands-on experience with the design and troubleshooting of LAN & WAN environment.
•Working knowledge on TCP/IP, QoS, TDM, SIP, H.323, MS LCS/OCS, Exchange, Live Meeting, Lotus Domino etc.
•Accreditation to voice related certification and data certification (CCNP/CCDP, CCIE, ACA/ACS/ACE) is preferred.
•Experience in consulting services, ability to work pro-actively, resourcefully with a high level of independence and limited guidance.
•Customer and service oriented, strong communication and presentation skill.
•Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team in a fast paced environment.
•Excellent analytical, oral and written communications skills are essential, mandarin will be an advantage.
•Traveling for work related projects is required.
