Responsibilities:
- Development and design of marketing plans for RAN product.
- Customize Solution Designing and presentation to the customer.
- Conduct surveys from time to time to gather information about competitors’ competency to develop the same product, and develop comparative analysis for the same.
- Participate in fairs, exhibitions or other events related to the industry which might enhance the image of company products.
- Search new business opportunities in line with the product.

Experience :
- Experience more than 5 years on RF Planning or Optimization leader (2G/3G/4G).
- Strong Knowledge for RAN, Controller and TRM for 2G, 3G, 4G & 5G Radio Planning Strategy & Solution.
- Familiar with Radio Network Planning Tools such as Geolocation, Simulation and Projection, and so on.

★Experience in Strategy Capacity and New technology.
