PT.Evantama Network System (ENS) is a well established and rapidly growing company in Telecommunication and Engineering services in Indonesia and have been supporting and providing its customers in designing, installation, commissioning, maintaining and technical supporting services for professional telecommunication network, IT and other engineering services

Today, ENS has served customers, ranging from medium to large companies national as well multinational company in Indonesia

Now, we are currently looking for new candidate to fill our job vacancy as :

PROJECT / BUSINESS PROJECT MANAGER - Tangerang

Objective :
Provide project management leadership and business analysis acumen on multiple projects

Major Responsibilities :

1. Male / Female , for female with attractive appearance are preferred
2. Bachelor Degree (S-1) in Engineering – Electronic /telecommunication or equivalent
3. Minimum 7 years work experience with at least 1 years in similar position
4. Accountable to the business owner/client for meeting the project/program objectives and established timelines
5. Partner with the business owner/client, project managers, business stakeholders, and operations leads to drive, manage, and coordinate projects/milestones from inception through operational deployment
   
6. Contribute to master program plan that spans business, operational, and deployment projects & deliverables
7. Work across a matrix environment to engage appropriate internal and external partners to assure successful tactical execution
8. Actively manage project/program risks, issues, and dependencies
9. Partner/collaborate with technology project managers to ensure all work deliverables are completed in alignment with the master program plan
10. Coordinate and maintain an up-to-date, business-focused program status that addresses the program's major milestones, accomplishments, issues, and risks
11. Ensure all projects successfully meet required scope, benefits, budget, schedule, and quality metrics
12. Coordinate, collect, manage project administration including forecasting,, variance analysis, etc.
13. Support additional functions of the Business Initiative as required including but not limited to capital planning, budgeting, status reporting, benefits tracking, and process improvement
14. Provides subject matter expertise in areas of project management, project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation, and other areas of expertise based on professional knowledge and background
15. English proficiency is a must
