| JOB SUMMARY: - Manage the opportunity sales campaign and close opportunities using deep sales process and offering expertise through third party (BPO) and own sales force
- Balance strategy for BPO and own sales force
- Sell balance KPI on BTEL & BCON products/services
- Coordinate internal approvals, sales team resources, manage solution/proposition development and client interactions
- Effectively engage with the clients especially the top level of the clients to maintain their continued upsell/cross sell/repeat order proposition
- Ensure a Competitive Advantage is created.
- Facilitate the negotiations and closing activities
- Manage successful transition of the opportunity to the delivery team
- Participate as the one or all of the following roles from the Sales Role Blueprint: Sales Lead, Deal Shaper, Negotiator, Bid Manager, and, potentially as the Origination Lead for small-medium size deals
- Manage conflict between BPO and own sales force (if any)
- Involve on remuneration scheme decision for BPO and own sales force
REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum Bachelor Degree with any major educational background
- Age 30 - Max 40 years old
- Experience in Sales, BPO and enterpreneurial background, preffered from Telco industry
- Customer and target oriented
- Excellent communication (writing and presentation) in English
- Attractive, impressive, self-confident and have strong leadership
- Strong organizational, and time-management skills
- Excellent negotiation, and conflict management skills
