Manning Global is currently looking for several IP Solution Managers for one of our clients, a leading International Telecommunications Company based in WEU countries. Working locations are flexible, can be in Germany, France, UK, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, etc. Work eligibility in EU is required.
Previous working experience in major Router, LAN switch, WIFI or Security vendors are advantageous.
Responsibilities
· Be responsible for product solutions, prepare relevant technical documentations for customers, present them in customer workshops / professional forums;
· Prepare quotation of the solutions and facilitate the bidding;
· Undertake regional telecom vertical market research, and forecast trends within the industry,;
· Analyse market requirements and competitors’ solutions, set up solution development guidelines, and generate the Key Selling Points / Argument & Selling Strategy;
· Understand and assess customers’ business objectives, strategies and requirements, develop cost and revenue models for ICT network solutions;
· Explore telecommunications business opportunities in vertical professional market (e.g. bank, railway, government, energy, MSOs, etc.) through business analysis and consultancy, including but not limited to mobile / fixed broadband, FMC, etc. ;
· Command customer dialogs on business case aspects of pre-sales projects;
· Active in team-building, enable and expand the solution team with contributions in professional methodologies and approaches.
Qualifications
· Fluency in English
· Telecommunication degree(s) and equivalents
· Have relevant certifications on Security, Routing, Switching or Transport., preferably JNCIE, CCIE, HCDE
· Familiar with IP networking technologies, IT technical architecture, enterprise network design, software and application business of enterprise platforms, expertised on either IT network architecture, data center and security, unified communications, call center, video conference and / or telepresence, etc.
· Excellent interpersonal communication / motivation, and enthusiastic of working in a multi-cultural team and intensive discourse environment;
· Solid knowledge of IP Network solutions and technologies like LAN/WAN Datacenter etc., optical transport network solutions, network security (IDS , DMZ, firewall etc.)
· Have the capability to translate customer requirements and wishes into solutions based on our Huawei products.
