ENGINEER MAINTENANCE FIBER OPTIC

REQUIREMENT :

• Age 28 – 35 years old
• Degree in Telecommunication Engineering/ Electrical Engineering
• At least 3 Year experience in FO work or project
• Technical
• Fully understanding with DWDM (Installation, Testing and Maintenance)
• Able to operate Fiber optic testing Tools (Testing and Commissioning experience will be advantages)

* OTDR,
* Cable Fault Locator
* BER Tester
* Multi/ Power Meter
* LAN Tester

• Fully understanding of Fiber Optic characteristic
• Able to use Fiber Optic Fusion Splicing Tools, (FO Jointing experience will be advantages)
• Fully understanding in Fiber Optic Installation, Testing and Maintenance
• Able to work with 24 hour call out services (conditional)
• Able to create proper FO testing report

General

• Ready to be replaced in Medan, Padang, Pekanbaru Area
• Possession of current driver’s license A
• Having management skill, able to organize and supervise a number of multi skilled team
• Having Good motivation and supervisory skills
• Having Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Must be prepared and able to work in a fast paced environment, and can work independently with minimal supervision
