As part of our global expansions, we seek qualified personnel for our new PT EPCOS factory in Batam in the following field:

SQM ( Supplier Quality Management ) Engineer

Your Functions:

• Supplier approvals & Material releases
• Claim Management ( supplier related )
• Plan and perform supplier audits
• Reporting according internal requirements
• Contract negotiations with Supplier ( Quality Assurance Agreements, PPM – Target Agreements )
• A leader for the SQM group

Your Profile:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years working experience in automotive Industrial preferred.
• Ability to work independently and conscientiously.
• Very good English skills both writing and verbally.
