HR COORDINATOR / HR PROJECT Telecommunication Service Provider

We are a Telecommunication Service Provider for reputable equipment vendors and mobile operators. We are looking out persons who are qualified and highly motivated with dynamic talent to joint our team as :

HR COORDINATOR / HR PROJECT

Job Descriptions:

  • Improve and implement current HR systems (i.e recruitment, compensation & benefits, personnel administration)
  • Work together with department managers to identify training needs and source for reliable training providers
  • Ensure that the current HR systems comply with labour law and regulations
  • Deep understanding in handling training & people development
  • Deep understanding in Performance Management System
  • Have experience in recruitment area
  • Capable to use psychological tools
  • Have experience in designing HR procedures and company regulation
  • Capable to conduct employee counseling



Qualification:

  • Male / Female, age maximum 35 years old
  • Bachelor Degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines
  • At least 3 years of all around HR experience in managerial position
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Experience in setting and developing HR function; especially Training & Development, performance management, condition career development & succession planning
  • Strong analytical and organizational skill
  • Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skill
  • Computer literate and language proficiency in English (active)
  • Highly of committed, integrity and accountability
  • Willing to locate in any area
