CDMA Optimization Engineer

Job Description :

• Responsible of Radio Network Optimization for CDMA network, Cluster optimization, based on drive test data, and also OSS KPI.
• Improving OSS KPI based on network statistic.
• Review OSS KPI formula and give suggestion to improve.
• Interfacing with the customer, for presentation regarding the optimization activities & progress (OSS KPI and cluster basis).

Qualifications :

• Diploma or Bachelor degree from Reputable University.
• Deep understanding of CDMA technology. At least CDMA 2000 1X, EVDO experience is preferred.
• Min. 2 years Planning & Optimization as CDMA RNO, more experiences will be consider as Senior Engineer.
• Good personality with excellent service attitude.
• Having excellent correspondence and communication skill.
• Willing to be placed at all over Indonesia
