Geotechnical Engineer in Coal Mining

National company which provides integrated services in Coal Mining (PKP2B, 3^rd Generation), is actively seeking for an experienced Electrical Engineer.

Geotechnical Engineer

(Central Kalimantan)

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform field investigation, development of geotechnical and geological models, geotechnical analysis and design drawings, calculation, remedial detail designs, documentation and reporting,
• Collaborate with other Engineer Dept to coordinate programs of geotechnical, geological data acquisition, analysis and mapping,
• Conduct studies in mining exploration and feasibility studies, conduct surveys and studies of ore deposits and mine design,
• Develop and implement software applications for geophysics, geology and mapping.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Geodesy,
• Minimum 5 years experience in similar role for mining in geotechnical preferable in several open cuts mining environment,
• Experience with geotechnical instrumentation installation and design, such as earthen dams, drilling foundation, drainage filter, earthworks performance monitoring, etc.
• Well developed computer literacy skills especially with regard to Geotechnical Software and computer literate,
• Good team player within a multi-disciplinary environment.
