Billing Supervisor NATRINDO TELEPON SELULER, PT

Responsibilities:

• Manage overall billing and invoice sent to customer
• Manage Outsource Billing partner/agencies bill printing and delivery
• Manage billing reporting
• Establish and update/maintain the Business Process or Procedures related to Postpaid Billing product/services in NTS
• Be responsible to analyze and monitor the product performance and then give recommendation for Postpaid Billing Business Process, Procedure and Policy improvement
• Be responsible for producing a monthly report on all related postpaid billing business aspects
• Be responsible to monitor and reporting the quality of all Postpaid
  Billing process and execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from Economy, Finance, Telecommunication Engineering or Computer Science
• 3 years experience in Managing Billing
• Good writing & presentation skill
• Very good knowledge of Billing Technology and best practices
