Looking for Head - COE (Centre of Excellence) for global leaders in the PC industry / Job Location: Bangalore

One of my prestigious MNC Clients is having Head - COE (Centre of Excellence) requirement in Bangalore.
This will be an in-country function owned and managed by a COE head who will report to MD.

About the client: They are global leaders in the PC industry.

Minimum 13 to 15 years experience market or related industry.

Key Objectives of Position:

Responsible for the product management, driving the region’s business strategy for each of the country functions, managing the entire product portfolio, owning the pricing strategy, setting the 4P planning, owning the demand supply, and managing alliances. Extremely familiar with local trends and market demands, enabling to better manage inventory and product roadmap.

Other Information:

Ability to build effective “virtual” teams and drive results through others in a complex cross-functional organization required. Strong selling, negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills required, as well as an ability to interact effectively with high level decision makers/executives.

Adept at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously

Superior verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of corporate & medium business customers & the PC industry preferred.

Entrepreneurial self starter; excels at superior unsupervised execution.

This is a highly paid position.
