Responsibilities: To optimise profitability of the Bitumen Business in Indonesia by managing the volume and sales proceeds as per the agreed targets; To lead and develop an effective and professional competent sales team; To implement Marketing and Sales plans while complying with HSSE requirements and Shell Group Business Principles; To guarantee customer satisfaction, thus achieving targets for margins and growth in the short, medium and long term. Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in business or a civil engineering field from a reputable university; Experience in leading a sales team in profitably building a market position in Indonesia will be required at a General Manager level; Experience working in a MNC would be well regarded; Experience in leading safety initiative in operation; Excellent leadership skill and communication skill; Authorisation to work in Indonesia is required for this position.
