Our client, the world's leading BSS and OSS supplier is seeking an experienced Test Manager to join it's Indonesia's operations. Test Manager
Responsibilities:
- To lead and take full responsibility and management of the on site test activities
- Manage test solutions on site to meet functional requirements, timeline and quality standards
- Point of contact for all test avtivities between the on site team, the customer and the off site test team
- Ensure a close working relationship with the customer during the project
- Manage and escalate, where required, test risks and issues to the program management
Requirements:
- University degree in IT or equivalent with a minimum of 5 - 8 years working experience
- 3 years of Test Management experience
- Knowledge in Amdocs CRM, Ordering and Billing products based solutions
- Good communications skills and English is a must
- Previous experience in testing Amdocs products based solutions
- Consolidated knowledge of the test Amdocs methodology and standard documents / processes
- Experience to scope, plan and manage tests of multiple test streams
- Good people management skills
