Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Planning and managing program wide enterprise implementation of projects from Scoping, Design, Build, Test and Deployment activities
- Take ownership of the project plan and ensures the plan is tracked during the entire life cycle of the project
- Providing project estimation, forecasting and work planning to senior management
- Identify, monitor and manage project risks and issues and suggest risk mitigation strategies
- Creating, adjusting or modifying project deliverable templates and standards according to program needs
- Ensure all the deliverables specified in the Documentation Plan are tracked and managed according to the account's documentation management process
- Planning and establishing after go-live activities including ongoing support
Requirements:
- University degree in IT, Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical or equivalent
- Have project management experience / senior team leader for at least the past 5 years
- Have experience in OSP project management is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skill. Able to communicate with the team members and articulate project status to management and senior management.
- Excellent analytical skill, able to understand details without losing the overall picture.
- Experience in large or complex IT/Telco projects or environments is preferred
- Willing to work under pressure
