Radio Network Optimization Engineer (Code : RNOE)
Responsibility:
- Responsible for CDMA drive test and post processing
- Monitoring Site/cell ( drop call, congestion, and handover)
- Reviewing RF parameters of cell sites
- To identify, resolve, and verify resolution RF problems.
Technical Requirements:
- Have knowledge CDMA drive test
- Strong understanding in CDMA network, specially in Radio Acces Network ( Air Interface )
General Requirement :
- Minimum S1 from Telecommunication
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in same position.
- Male / Female
- Age around 25 - 27 years
- Having good communication & interpersonal skills
- Having high integrity, honesty, persistent, independent, can work under
pressure, and good working in a team
- Good written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel to all sites in our progress
