We are service provider of total solutions company in wireless telecommunication infrastructure. seeking a qualified and experienced staff to fill in our vacant position as :
RF ENGINEER
The incumbent will manage the activities in:
- Drive Test and Initial Tunning
- Conducting area and site surveys to determine radio equipment location and correct antenna orientation
- Conducting site selection and ranking based on sound RF engineering principles
- Performing coverage analysis for GSM projects based on coverage objectives and design criteria
- Conducting site functionality tests and network performance measurements
- Performing network optimization using various techniques e.g. antenna selection for optimal performance, mechanical and electrical tilting, correct transmit power setting, neighbor list analysis, interference analysis, and hand-over tests
- Reporting back as built quantities and provide final record information such as photographs and forms.
Qualifications:
- Male max 30 years old
- Having 1 years experience as an RF Engineer/ Fresh Graduate
- Min D3 in telecommunication / electrical engineering from a reputable university
- GPA min 2.5
- Good knowledge and skill in GSM and CDMA/WCDMA
- Willing to relocate anywhere within Indonesia
