Job Responsibility

• To provide efficient solutions to production process machine improvements for safety, reliability and throughput
• To plan and control component / sparepart replacement
• To solve manufacturing process problems
• To provide mechanical design in details

Requirements

• Posess 2-3 years of manufacturing or engineering experience background
• Diploma / University degree in Mechanical or Engineering or Foundry or Manufacturing
• Understand of plastic material and processing will be an advantage
• Having good interpersonal skill and able to work independently
• Familiar with ISO 9001 systems
• Able to utilize AutoCAD/Solid Works software

Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities :

• Develop new products to meet product specification & requirements.
• Manage the project within budget.
• Evaluate prototypes against design specifications.
• Liase with suppliers, ensure parts meet the product specification and requirements.
• Assist manufacturing in troubleshooting production problems, provide prompt and effective solutions to design related manufacturing problems.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (S1) with Minimum 2 years relevant experience or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical.
• (CAD design) Engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Good working knowledge of mechanical fundamental and system design.
• Good design skills on sheet metal parts.
• Good knowledge of 3D CAD software, preferably using SolidWorks.
• Good knowledge on sheet metal manufacturing processes.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Must be able to manage time and deliver all tasks in a timely manner.
• Product development experience.
• Able to work in Lobam, Bintan, Kepri

Requirements:

Education:

• Fresh Graduate or max. 2 year experience
• Minimum Diploma degree, majoring in Mechanical Engineer, Petroleum Engineer, Geology, Electrical Engineer (Heavy Current), Geodetic, Geophysics, Information Technology, Physic Engineer, Physic, Industrial Engineer with minimum GPA, 2.75 scale of 4.00

• Strong Leadership, excellent ability to work in teams, self-motivated & hard working, Good Communication & interpersonal skill
• Good command in English, both speaking and writing
• Computer literacy is a must
