INVESTOR RELATION OFFICER
In details, you will be in charge in:
- Creating Investor Interest by developing, printing, and mailing annual report, quarterly reports, and financial press releases;
- Tracking and analyzing the institutional and retail trading of major blocks of stock;
- Communicating and disseminating company investment story and financial information; planning and coordinating visits by security analysts and brokers.
To be a successful in the position, you will be:
- Minimum Bachelor or Master Degree, major in Finance or Accounting preferably from reputable university
- Minimum of a year work experience in investor relations position or other position in Finance/Accounting.
- Previous experience in a detailed analytical role will be essential, in particular analysis of financial models
- Financial services experience, in particular knowledge of trading environments and shareholders requirements
- Good solid ground in accounting & corporate finance
- Experience in communication with external audiences is desirable Fluent
- English, verbal and writing, is a must
- Strong Power Point and Excel skills
- a proven track record of ‘ability to deliver results’, organized, timely, responsible
