Requirement:
- Male, max 40 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Law / Management / Industrial Engineering
- Have experience 2 years for HR Officer (Having experience in plantation will be advantage).
- Familiar with labour Regulation (Law) and cases, Recruitment Management, People Development, Industrial Relation , Reward Management.
- Able to analyse employee competency
- Good analytical and communication skill
- Having pleasant personality
- Strong motivation and able to work under pressure
- Creative, high initiative, and fast learner
- Familiar with computer (MS Office)
- Honest, loyal, and able to work under pressure
- To be located in Bandung-West Java and willing to traveling
