We currently have openings for End to End Services Monitoring Team Member, based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Essential:

· Ability to support daily operation of the following HP OpenView applications:

1. HP OpenView Operations (OVO)

2. HP OpenView Network Node Manager (NNM)

3. HP OpenView Performance Insight (OVPI)

4. HP OpenView Reporter (OVR)

5. HP OpenView Internet Services (OVIS)

6. HP OpenView Performance Manager (OVPM)

7. HP OpenView Service Desk (OVSD)

8. HP OpenView Smart Plug-Ins (DBSPI, EXSPI, SIEBSPI)

· Have good understanding of IT Infrastructure (Networking, Operating System, Database)

· Have hands-on experience of Unix, Windows Servers,

· Have hands-on experience of Unix Shell Script, Windows batch script, PERL

· Ability on SQL language and Oracle / MSSQL database will be advantage

Competences:

Functional:

· Ability to working in production 24x7 shift daily operations.

· Ability to adhere timelines.

· Maintain the statistics.

· Strong written/verbal English communication skills

· Positive and flexible attitude

· Ability to present and escalate issues at appropriate time.

Technical:

· Ability to understand and comply with methods, standards, guidelines, tools, techniques and procedures

Requirement:

• Min Education: D3 / S1 Informatics / Electro
• Min Knowledge :
• Deep Knowledge OS: Windows, Linux
• Deep Knowledge for application Server: Mail, DNS, Web, Proxy, Firewall, DBASE, Bandwidth management, Load Balancing
• Deep knowledge for application Clustering, Solusi SAN,
• Deep knowledge Virtual Machine (such as VMWare, etc)
• Deep knowledge Wireless product
• Deep knowledge VSAT product (SCPC, VSAT IP) a.l.
• Able to create Link Budget
• Knowledge measurement tools (a.l. BER Test)
• Deep knowledge Network Monitoring Application (SNMP, Whatsup gold, Miktorik Monitoring, HP Openview)

Deep knowledge Security:

· IDS/IPS

· Firewall

· Snort, etc

· VPN

• Knowledge Network Routing (OSPF, BGP, RIP, etc)
• Able to create network design
• Knowledge Switch, Router.

Others:

Honest, fast learner, creative, self motivated, Willing and open to learn new knowledge

• Good mathematic skills
• Good command in English both written, spoken and reading
• Willing to travel other city of Indonesia
