We are regional provider of mobile network engineering services. The company designs, builds and manages mobile telecommunication networks for telecoms equipment vendors and service operators in Asia-Pacific, enabling the successful implementation of GSM, GPRS, CDMA, 3G/UMTS networks. These are complemented by our comprehensive range of quality engineering services: project management, RF engineering & optimization, in-building coverage and macro-cellular telecoms implementation.

We need high qualified professional to join our team as:

Reports To : Senior Manager

Job Title : Project Manager

Job Grade : Manager

(A) JOB PURPOSE

Describe the purpose of this job, and how it contributes towards achieving department/organization objectives.

To assist Senior Manager in the overall success of the project, on-time, on-spec & on-budget. He/She will be working closely with appropriate functional managers to ensure that all project objectives are met.

(B) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities are concise statements of the important outputs which in total make up the Overall Job Purpose Statement

• Act as the central point of contact for all formal, project-related communications between company & customers after opportunity awarded.
• Ensure that all Project Team members are aware of their responsibilities and commitments and that they perform as promised.
• Ensure that all contractual commitments are fulfilled on time, within budget, and to complete customer satisfaction and delight.
• Ensure that a system is in place to document and control contractual performance.
• Prepare a realistic, detailed Project Plan, and obtain agreement to the plan from both company and customers.
• Control cost, schedule, and technical variance from the plan.

• Report project status to customer & management on a regular basis.

(C) GENERAL REQUIREMENT

Qualification

• Bachelor Degree Graduated w/ subject Telecommunication or IT
• Has technical / on-site experience as Deployment Engineer/Manager
• Understand & able to realize Contractual Terms/Obligations
• Able to provide Project Scheduling, Reporting & set-up customer meeting
• Good personality, easy going, can build good communication w/ internal & external
on daily basis
• Willing to work hard & complete the job on-time. Ready to handle multiple projects
• Willing to work on project outside Jakarta

Experience :

• Experience in Project Management area (Managing the Project from awarded until finish) for
minimum 5 years
• Experience in RF Planning

Certification/Others

• Has passed standard PM Training

JUNIOR ENGINEER FOR CORE - Code JEC

BASIC:

• Graduate from reputable university, minimum S1 with majoring in Telecommunication
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Persuasive and have open mind
• Can work as a team
• Determine for the goals
• Can do attitude
• Able to make and do presentation for customers
• Able to provide and compile supporting data in process of making a comprehensive technical documentation for proposals and reports.

EXPERTIES:

• Minimum 2 years experience for Core Network (Circuit Switch and Packet Switch), both in GSM based technology (GSM, GPRS, WCDMA, HSDPA, HSUPA) and CDMA based technology(1X, EVDO), or fresh graduate with minimum 3.0 GPA
• Understand signaling technology such as SS7, Sigtran (including SIP and SIP-T)
• Having field experience in operation or engineering is strong advantage.
• Understand for using core tools such as protocol analyzer
• Understand the roadmap to future technology such as WiMax, LTE, UMB

GSM/UMTS SIGNALING ENGINEER

GSM/UMTS SIGNALING ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Function as operator of customer’s SS7 Monitoring System
• Collect signaling traces and perform signaling analysis to support troubleshooting
• Provide analysis to solve network problems
• Provide and maintain the error log and problem analysis for documentation

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in Telecommunication Engineering
• Fresh Graduate is welcome. Having related working experience is advantage
• Good understanding of cellular telecommunication networks and technologies on various networks and systems (GSM, GPRS, UMTS,CDMA)
• Good understanding with network performance indicator and traffic engineering
• Experience on TEMS/Nemo/Actix/K15 SS7 protocol analyzer is advantage.
