VOICE NETWORK ENGINEER (VNE)

Special requirements:

• Male/ Female aged 23 – 35 years old
• Minimum 3 years experience in Voice & IP telephony
• Experience in installation PABX (setup, operation, administration)
• Familiar with Call Center & Contact Center Solution, Billing System, Call Recording, CTI and IVR
• Having any certification AVAYA PABX System or others will be advantage
• Familiar with LAN/WAN, wireless (WiFi), VLAN, VPN, Switching
• Holding at least diploma (D3) degree in the related fields

PBX Engineer (Job Code : IT-OPS-E0000)

Qualification :

• 3 years experiences in PBX Administration, Operation and Setup
• Hands on experience with AVAYA PBX and Switching
• Familiar with PBX Billing System, Call Recording, Call Center and IVR
• Preferably understand and had implemented CTI and has PBX certification and/or training (AVAYA, etc)
• S1 Graduated – Information Technology or Electrical Engineer
