Role & Responsibilities:
- Developing Effective and Efficient Road Map Plan on Network Architecture, Radio, Core Network and Service Architecture, to support BGA business evolution strategies.
- Managing Strong Relationships with Other Functional Units of BGA on developing useful Tech road map solutions.
- To Support Organizational Goals and Objectives on delivering Road Map plan for competitive and best services offering to customers.
For Network Road Map Planning:
- Developing BGA Broadband Wireless Network technology Evolution /Road Map
- plan, from 3G to 4G w/ WiMAX 16m tech Solution. For future Network and service evolution to support new business strategies development.
- Producing Quarterly Network Capacity plan ,calculated from DL/UL traffic, resulted from AAA report, to support operation and business development strategies.
- Developing Effective and Efficient Network Architecture road map solutions to support operation and business development strategies.
- Develop relation / Communication with International Agencies such Wimax Forum, 3GPP/ITU and IEEE for Technology Information sharing.
For Infra & Services Road Map Planning:
- Developing BGA WiMAX Infrastructure Road Map plan heading for 4 G WiMAX (Ultra Internet and Mobility); Radio, Core Network and Service arch.
- Developing BGA Data comm Road Map plan; IP MPLS, Ethernet or TMPLS
- Developing BGA Broad band wireless CPE features and capabilities Road map plan CPE to 2T*2R MIMO and further to prepare for 4 G services; IP telephony, ultra-broadband Internet access, gaming services and streamed multimedia.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 8 years experience in deploying GSM/CDMA network system under full turn key solutions;
- Has demonstrated the skills to work out with other groups thru excellent leadership and communications;
- Good analytical skills, and competent in digesting the issues and find out alternative solutions;
- Demonstrated to understand and practice project management processes;
- Team driver to motivate team members to achieve excellent deliverable
