Desktop Support Engineer (Code : DSE)

Essential Function:
You are responsible to maintain the customer relationship, delivery the implementation and provide onsite troubleshooting. You are expected to have some experience in PC server, desktop, network (LAN) and PABX troubleshooting / installation and willing to work overtime

Requirements :

• D3/S1, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (DSE)
• Required skill(s)

a) Hardware : Desktop PC, Laptop, Printer, Scanner, Web cam, PCA, Server, etc

b) Network : Hub, Switch, and Router

c) Operating System and Application : Ms. Application and Linux

• Having good analytical problem solving and customer interaction skill
• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Willing to be located all over Indonesia
• Ready to hire as contract employee

IT STAFF (Programming & Network)

Requirements:

• Male
• Bachelor degree from reputable universities, in the following major: Information Technology or Computer Science;
• Min. GPA: 2.75 (scale: 4.00);
• Strong knowledge in object oriented programming (such as: Java, SQL Server, Oracle, etc)
• Experience managing LAN and WAN environments;
• Familiar with Network Infrastructure Device
• Mastering in Microsoft Operating System (Windows 2000/2003 Server), Active Directory, backup & recovery solution;
• Be able to work in a team environment.
• Achievement of excellence;
• Good command of English both written and spoken
• Highly motivated and initiative;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Result oriented
