Responsibilities:
- Development and design 5G (NSA and SA) network.
- Customize Solution Designing and presentation to the customer.
- Defined and calculate 5G link budget and path loss based on actual condition and hardware capability.
- Running and analyze 5G coverage and capacity planning.
- Provide recommendation for 5G new site nominal.

Experience :
- Experience more than 10 years on RF Planning or Optimization leader (2G/3G/4G/5G)
- Strong Knowledge for RAN, Controller for 2G, 3G, 4G & 5G Radio Planning Strategy & Solution.
- Familiar with Radio Network Planning Tools such as Mentum Planet for create Simulation and Projections
