Position: Radio Network Optimization (RNO) Engineer
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Period: 6 Months
Availability: Immediately to start at the location stated
Experience: 10 years in RNO for 3G and LTE
Jobscope:
-Solving complex technical issues.
-In-depth knowledge in RF principle and fundamentals.
-In-depth knowledge in LTE RAN algorithm, parameters, performance counters, network KPI, signaling flow and protocol.
-Experience and knowledge on E2E mobile network (RAN and Core) network planning, performance and optimization is an added advantage.
-Knowledge in database programming and big data analytic is an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Accountability to drive quality and costs efficiency.
-Strong team player, self-motivated and possesses strong commitment to excel.
