4G NPO Team leader for a contract job in Africa

I am looking for a 4G NPO Team leader for a contract job in Africa.
o 5 years’ experience on Nokia 4G RF planning and optimization.
o Very good technical skills on 4G Nokia parameters tuning and features trials.
o Proven experience on FDD and TDD networks.
o Previous leadership experience with Nokia or other vendors.
o Good presentation skills and customer interface.
