Radio Network Engineer *

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Statistical analysis and maintain KPIs and give proposal for RF network optimizationExecute and verify the optimization result
Present the optimization activities and result to customer
Analysis & reporting
Perform Network Availability and Cell Availability including problems on it
Monitoring and supervise the running system and conduct the problem solving
Customer complaint resolutions
Planning tool maintenance and updating the same


REQUIREMENTS:

Availability: Immediately
Have at least 2 years of 2G/3G GSM Network maintenance, CDMA, GSM, WCDMA or LTE RF system
Good knowledge in telecommunication tools, post report analysis and use of applications related to the operation maintenance service
Have knowledge of Radio Network Performance and system parameters
Excellent knowledge of installations and Commissioning role especially for Huawei and Ericsson equipment
Minimum familiar one vender equipment and RF parameter optimization
Excellent Communication Skills
Good knowledge of Escalation steps
Self-motivated, have good analytical and technical skills in preparing reports.
