Role: Level 4 Optimisation Expert 4G
Target Start Date: 1 March 2016
Duration: 6 Months + extensions
Location: Jakarta
Role
-Ensuring first-class support is given to the resolution of customer problems
- Strong understanding of 3G/2G/4G Concepts, System and Functionality
-A comprehensive knowledge of hardware and software features and constraints for 2G/3G/4G
-Ability to collect and analyse data from the 2G/3G/4G networks to resolve problems and make recommendations for improving Network KPI.
-Ability to develop original processes and procedures
-Ability to deliver innovative solutions to challenging problems
- Drive recommendations for changes to the physical and parametric configuration of cells
- Hands on Experience with Successful Features Implementation and Optimization.
- Hands on Experience with TEMS and NEMO
- Be a team player and strong interpersonal skill
- Strong customer focus and high concern for quality is required
- Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and initiative and Ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge / Learning: is a source of complex knowledge for others, has high level of understanding, adaptive to new processes, possess initiative and proactiv
- Having experience with Ericsson, Nokia or orther vendor technologies
- Minimum experience in Optimization is 6 years
